The Bailey Information Technology Consultants, LLC is seeking a Business Office Manager for the NGA Pre-Employment Team in Springfield, VA. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in administrative operations or personnel processing.
• Experience in government contracting environments, preferably DoD/IC.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personnel tracking systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information; active clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily NGA Pre-Employment Team office operations.
• Coordinate onboarding docs, background checks, security processing, screenings.
• Track candidate processing timelines to ensure NGA and company standards.
• Liaise among candidates, recruiters, HR, security, and government reps.
• Maintain personnel records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare reports and metrics for leadership review.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and service.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contracts, policies, security.
• Support audits and inspections related to onboarding.
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and scheduling.
