Job summary

Polaris Consulting Group seeks a Business Analyst_2 at Mid level in Springfield, VA to support NGA/IC missions. The role emphasizes research, process improvement, and leadership in cross-functional teams within a demanding government contracting environment.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in business analysis, and experience with governance, planning, and performance metrics. On-site work is the norm with occasional telework as approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; 7+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven expertise in project management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information from multiple sources and develop reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations for leadership.
• Lead or support business process development and re-engineering using metrics to evaluate results.
• Develop and coordinate strategic guidance, policies, SOPs, and performance assessments.
• Serve as an action officer or project manager from planning through execution, including milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver customer-ready products.
• Apply AI/ML-enabled tools to improve workflows and performance measurement.
