Job summary

Dow North America’s Industrial Solutions TS&D group seeks a Leader for Aircraft Deicing Fluids (ADF) in Midland, MI. You will supervise the Midland TS&D technician team and drive technical support, product development and customer collaboration across DIS labs and with Sales.

You will coordinate with EH&S, ensure safety and performance, and travel to meet customer needs and industry events. A Bachelor's in a science field is required; advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or science-related discipline or relevant military experience or 12 years of experience in lieu.
Masters degree or PhD preferred.
Occasional travel up to 20% might be required.
U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop diverse talent, building an inclusive, high-performing TS&D team.
Lead customer analytical labs for Aircraft Deicing Fluids and related streams; ensure safety and timely analysis.
Provide technical leadership to product development and R&D interfaces, coordinating with Sales and Supply Chain.
Manage technician resources across global projects and maintain compliant lab operations.
