Job summary

Dow in Midland, MI seeks a TS&D Leader for Aircraft Deicing Fluids. You will supervise the Midland TS&D technician team, align resources to value-generating R&D projects, and collaborate with customers to develop innovative Dow solutions. Travel to customers and industry events is expected.

The role partners with R&D and Sales to drive technology development, ensure safety, and support global TS&D operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or science-related discipline or relevant military experience required.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred for advanced leadership and research.
• Up to 20% travel may be required; US work eligibility without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead Midland TS&D technician team and align resources to R&D/TS&D projects.
• Serve as technical interface with ADF customers and develop solutions.
• Support product development, and collaborate with Sales on opportunities.
• Develop training materials and present technical content to customers.
