Job summary

Dow North America, Dow Industrial Solutions TS&D group, based in Midland, MI, seeks a TS&D Leader to oversee laboratory operations, guide Aircraft Deicing Fluids (ADF) development, and partner with customers and internal teams. The role focuses on technical leadership, resource alignment, and driving R&D initiatives.

You will supervise the Midland lab team (9 technicians + 3 contractors), manage projects across DIS spaces, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Quality to deliver customer-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or science-related discipline or equivalent military experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
Requires up to 20% travel.
U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Lead laboratory operations for DIS TS&D in Midland, supervising 9 technicians and 3 contractors.
Advance formulation development, product qualification and customer-driven innovation.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Develop training and support materials for ADF customers and internal stakeholders.
