Amentum in Washington, DC is seeking a Top-Secret cleared Cloud Developer to join our team. The role focuses on designing and delivering cloud-based solutions, with emphasis on secure DevSecOps, automation, and data-centric architectures for national security missions.

You will lead cloud migrations across on-prem and cloud, implement IaC, and optimize performance and cost while ensuring high availability and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related field; substitution allowed with additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural framework for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices.
• Analyze applications to identify platforms for migration to cloud environments.
• Provide strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and performance improvements in cloud and on-premise services.
• Develop and implement cloud applications, migrate on-premises apps to cloud, and ensure secure cloud environments.
