Amentum is seeking a Top-Secret cleared Cloud Developer to join our Washington, DC team. You will architect and deliver cloud-based and on-premises data solutions, driving automated cloud resource management and secure architectures across multiple enclaves.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps, cloud migration, and scalable architectures, with a focus on cost optimization and uptime. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with major cloud providers and cloud architecture, including migration and security practices

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud service delivery models for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
• Implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices
• Analyze applications and recommend cloud deployment or migration
• Design strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and performance
• Develop and secure cloud applications for on-premises and cloud environments
