LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established law firm that is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented legal professional who thrives in a client focused environment and has a strong understanding of estate administration and related legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with all phases of estate and trust administration
- Prepare and file probate documents and court submissions
- Draft estate planning documents including wills powers of attorney and trust instruments
- Maintain and organize client files and case records
- Communicate with clients financial institutions courts and beneficiaries
- Coordinate asset collection valuation and distribution
- Prepare estate tax returns and related financial statements
- Track deadlines manage case calendars and ensure timely workflow
- Conduct legal research related to estate planning and administration
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a trusts and estates paralegal in a law firm environment
- Strong understanding of probate procedures and estate administration
- Proficiency with legal document drafting court filings and estate tax forms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal estate laws
- Experience with legal software and document management systems

Pay Details
$85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
