Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Tampa, FL, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support attorneys, clients, and financial professionals on sophisticated estate planning and probate matters.

You will draft estate planning documents, assist with probate and trust administration from inception to closing, prepare pleadings, coordinate assets, and maintain deadlines in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Trusts & Estates, Probate, or Estate Planning Paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of probate administration and estate planning processes.
• Experience drafting estate planning and probate documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration matters from inception through closing.
• Prepare and file probate pleadings and court documents.

• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, accountants, and other third parties.
• Review and organize financial records, trust documents, and estate inventories.
• Prepare accountings, inventories, and supporting probate documentation.
• Maintain case files and track important deadlines to ensure timely matter progression.
