• Oversee a varied portfolio of probate, guardianship, and estate planning cases from start to finish.
• Advise clients on estate-related legal matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset protection strategies.
• Prepare, analyze, and revise legal documents such as probate and guardianship petitions, trust instruments, and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and ensure compliance with current laws.
• Represent clients in court, hearings, and mediations with professionalism and persuasive communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide seamless legal services.
• Maintain accurate records, calendars, and case files to meet deadlines and court protocols.
• Prioritize tasks to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality legal services efficiently.

• Barred in Florida.
• Experience managing a caseload in probate, guardianship, and estate planning.
