In-House
Attorney
We are seeking experienced attorneys to assist beneficiaries and trustees who lack legal counsel and require trust-related legal services. Our firm funds trust loans primarily for tax relief and property buyout purposes, and we need legal expertise to support these cases.
All legal fees are paid by the families involved. Our firm, Commercial Loan Corp, licensed in California and based in Newport Beach, refers legal needs to attorneys across all 58 counties of California. We work with trust estates and beneficiaries from across the state, especially those involved in inherited property buyouts and tax minimization strategies, including property reassessment issues.
Some trustees or beneficiaries may have little to no experience, creating a need for skilled legal counsel to strengthen their position. We are particularly interested in connecting with attorneys experienced in trust and estate law who can assist with inherited property transactions and trust funding, ensuring compliance with Proposition 19 (formerly Prop 58) to avoid property tax reassessment.
Interested attorneys are encouraged to contact Geoffrey W. Sadwith at Commercial Loan Corp, Newport Beach, for more information. Reach out directly via mobile, email, or through our blog and website.
