Job summary

Allegacy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to deliver superior member service, assess financial needs, and promote suitable products. You will process loan applications received via Internet, phone, mail or fax, ensuring accuracy while building trust with members.

This role requires face-to-face member interaction daily, CRM record-keeping, and the ability to discuss and sell Allegacy financial products within a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Two or more years in sales environment, preferably financial products and services.
• Two years financial institution experience preferred.
• Eligible to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sell Allegacy financial products and services to meet members' needs.
• Process loan applications submitted via Internet, phone, mail or fax with accurate information.
• Profile Members and record information in CRM; input prospects and referrals.
• Set follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing relationships with members and colleagues.
• Handle face-to-face interactions with members daily and offer appropriate financial solutions.
