• Event Management - invites, RSVP management, follow-up
• House Management - interfacing with contractors and repairs when possible

• Vendor management - identify, onboard and use new vendors for the house
• Occasionally work during non-business hours
• Create and maintain databases and documents to manage contacts, inventories, etc.
