Sage Haus is seeking a part-time House Manager & Family Assistant in Redondo Beach, CA. This role offers 15–20 hours weekly with work 3–4 days (Tuesdays/Thursdays) from about 2:00–7:00 PM PT.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $36 per hour, with ASAP start and mileage reimbursement for work-related driving. The family emphasizes a calm, organized home and dependable, proactive support to manage laundry, meal prep, kids’ routines, errands, and dog care, enabling evenings together.

Qualifications

• Must reside within about 30 minutes of Redondo Beach.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Vaccinations up to date per ACA/CDC guidelines, including COVID-19 and flu.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Laundry, linens, and light ironing; keep laundry area organized.
• Meal support: prepare dinners 3×/week and school snacks.
• Back-up childcare and supervision for kids as needed.
• Grocery shopping, kitchen cleanup, and inventory maintenance.
• Pet care for senior dog and occasional vet/groomer scheduling.
• Household organization, light cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
