Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to serve customers with trusted advice, process transactions, and open new accounts. You’ll help resolve issues to uphold positive experiences and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities include following cash handling procedures, educating on safe banking, and assisting with requests such as wire processing, deposits, and statement research. A flexible, community-focused team member is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bank software such as MPC, IBS and ADP is used.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted banking advice and process a variety of banking transactions.
• Open new accounts and resolve customer issues to promote positive experiences.
• Educate customers on safe banking practices and fraud prevention.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with service needs including research and wire requests.
