Ripple seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform, the programmable controls, integrations, and tools enabling our products to function securely as we expand into regulated markets.

You will own the roadmap, determine reusable components and APIs, and work with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure regulatory alignment and strong risk controls. Join us to shape banking-grade crypto solutions.

Competenze

5-7 years of experience in fintech or regulated technology spaces.
Track record building platform products with reusable primitives and APIs.
Strong collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into product decisions.
