Job summary

Google Kirkland, WA is seeking a Social Support Lead in Trust & Safety Compute to scale proactive support for developers and partners across platforms. You will drive multi-channel engagement and integrate feedback into our broader safety strategy.

You will collaborate with Legal, PR, and Engineering to manage high-stakes incidents, optimize vendor workflows, and elevate user trust and safety standards across Google services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, policy, program management or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in social media monitoring/support, incident management, policy, crisis communications, or business strategy.
• 3 years of experience overseeing vendor-led operational workflows and driving process improvements with an AI first approach.

• Operationalize proactive support and meet developers where they communicate.
