Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is looking for a Trust and Safety Incubation Team Lead to guide a dedicated team piloting new content moderation workflows and policies. You will extract insights, identify failure points, and provide feedback to improve processes, while still handling critical content tasks.

You will lead change, coach for adaptability, and collaborate with Policy, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in process design or program management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of agents in a dynamic incubation/moderation environment.
• Design and manage experiments to test new moderation tools and policies.
• Establish and monitor metrics for learning velocity, feedback quality, and scalability.
• Create detailed playbooks and documentation for workflows and transitions to scaled teams.
