You will drive governance alignment, apply AI-based training, and deliver data-driven improvements while coordinating with cross-functional partners in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BPO vendor management with leadership in a tech environment.
• Experience managing mid-to-large scale operational or technical teams.
• Experience applying data insights to operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TikTok Shop human-based moderation operations for efficiency, accuracy, and costs.
• Manage moderation enforcements for content, creators, and listings.
• Coordinate with remote BPO vendors to meet performance targets.
• Lead internal operations and quality teams to ensure vendor results.
• Provide guidance to moderation teams to align with governance policies.
• Generate data-driven insights to improve governance policies and tools.
• Build AI-based solutions to train, coach, and upskill moderators.
• Ensure staffing and contingency plans for seasonality and peaks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
