Job summary

Google is seeking a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs to enable safe application development across the ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert for Android developer verification and ecosystem programs such as registered app stores, handling high-judgment disputes and shaping quality frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Master's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Education in, or experience with, machine learning preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive calibration and quality assurance for program operations.
• Serve as SME for ecosystem programs requirements and procedures.
• Handle escalations and complex cases from developers and cross-functional teams.
• Support an AI-first operation by providing critical human judgment and expertise.
