Job summary

Google in the United States seeks a Trust & Safety Analyst focusing on developer experience programs and ecosystem success to enable safe app development, publishing, and scaling. You will be a subject matter expert for Android developer verification and ecosystem initiatives, handling complex disputes and maintaining high safety standards.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Education or experience with machine learning.
• Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or Python.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.

Job description

Minimum qualifications:

About The Job

As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert and specialist for Android developer verification and ecosystem programs such as registered app stores. You will handle complex, high-judgment disputes and manage quality frameworks for ecosystem operations, acting as a crucial bridge between policy and execution identifying friction points, refining standard operating procedures, and ensuring high standards for safety while maintaining a positive developer experience.
