Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Trust Risk Manager to lead the Trust Risk Program, overseeing Third-Party Risk Management and senior risk professionals. You will guide risk-based decisions in security, privacy, trusted AI, and resilience, reporting to the Director of Trust Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and improving a technical risk management program in a complex tech org.
• 4+ years managing people in remote or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Trust principles (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI).
• Experience with AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, or operational workflows.
• Moderate understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and audit activities.
• Understanding of cloud hosting and SaaS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and executive briefings.
• Proven track record leading multi-year risk or governance programs.
• Ability to communicate program health and drive on-time results.

Responsibilities

• Guide product and engineering teams in proactive risk planning across lifecycle.
• Develop Trust Risk Program strategy, roadmaps, and metrics aligned to business goals.
• Define AI-enabled modernization strategies for Trust Risk operations.
• Prioritize risk mitigation work with Trust, Product, and Engineering leadership.
• Create mitigation delivery plans with clear ownership and executive visibility.
• Develop scalable communications for program status and achievements.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making with domain experts and owners.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and drive program improvements.
• Develop annual and multi-year operating plans for Trust Risk.
