Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Trust Risk Manager to lead and operationalize Autodesk's Trust Risk Program. The role will oversee Third-Party Risk Management and a team of senior risk professionals, reporting to the Director of Trust Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise and broad knowledge across security, privacy, trusted AI, resilience, and governance to drive risk-based decisions at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and running a technical risk program.
• 4+ years of experience managing people in remote or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Trust (security, privacy, resilience) principles.
• Experience with AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, or operational workflows.
• Moderate knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Basic understanding of cloud hosting and SaaS/cloud services (AWS, Microsoft).
• Experience communicating with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Proven track record of multi-year risk/governance program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide Autodesk's Trust Risk Program and its stakeholders across products and engineering.
• Develop strategy, roadmaps, and metrics for the Trust Risk Program.
