Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Trust Risk Manager to lead a multidisciplinary program covering third-party risk management and senior risk professionals. You will operate across security, privacy, trusted AI, resilience, and enterprise risk with executive stakeholders.

The role requires strategic thinking and technical depth, with the ability to drive cross-functional risk decisions in a dynamic AI-enabled environment. Remote/hybrid/work setup is available in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience building, operating, scaling, and materially improving a technical risk management program in a complex technology organization.
• 4+ years of experience managing people in a remote or hybrid environment
• Strong understanding of one or more Trust (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI) principles
• Demonstrated experimentation with or implementation of AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows
• Moderate understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2 and ISO 27001) and audit activities

Responsibilities

• Utilize extensive technical risk expertise to help Autodesk maintain and grow its Trust Risk Program.
• Guide product and engineering teams in proactive planning for managing risk through its entire lifecycle
• Develop Trust Risk Program strategy and associated roadmaps, capability monitoring, and operation metrics
• Define and execute an AI-enabled modernization strategy for Trust Risk operations.
• Engage with Trust, engineering, product, and program managers to prioritize risk mitigation work while balancing Trust needs with Autodesk strategy
• Work with leadership to establish clear mitigation delivery plans and accountability across the enterprise
• Develop communications plans for status updates and program health reporting
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making with domain experts and program owners
• Develop annual and multi-year operating plans for Trust Risk including talent, technology, and budget measures
