Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years building, operating, scaling, and improving a technical risk program in a complex tech organization.
• 4+ years managing people in remote or hybrid env.
• Strong understanding of one or more Trust principles (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI).
• Experience with AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows and ensuring human review and governance.

Responsibilities

• Guide Autodesk's Trust Risk Program across product and engineering teams.
• Develop program strategy, roadmaps, monitoring, and metrics aligned to business goals.
• Define a modernization strategy for Trust Risk operations using AI and automation.
• Prioritize risk mitigation with cross-functional leadership while maintaining overall Autodesk strategy.
• Create alignment on cross-organizational initiatives with clear ownership and escalation criteria.
• Develop scalable communications on program health, mitigation work, and achievements.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making with domain experts and owners.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and drive actionable program improvements.
• Develop annual and multi-year operating plans for Trust Risk capabilities and investments.
