Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Trust Risk Program, guiding the risk function across security, privacy, trusted AI, and resilience. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and leadership to drive risk-informed decisions and modernize risk operations in a fast-moving technology environment.

Responsibilities include defining program strategy, roadmaps, and metrics, while ensuring human judgment and governance in AI-enabled risk studies.

Qualifications

7+ years of building, operating, scaling, and improving a technical risk management program in a complex tech organization.
4+ years of experience managing people in remote or hybrid environments.
Strong understanding of trust (security, privacy, resilience, responsible AI) principles.
Experience with AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related audit activities.

Responsibilities

Utilize technical risk expertise to maintain and grow the Trust Risk Program.
Guide product and engineering teams in proactive risk planning across the lifecycle.
Define AI-enabled modernization strategy for Trust Risk operations.
Engage with stakeholders to prioritize risk mitigation work while balancing Trust needs with Autodesk strategy.
Establish mitigation delivery plans with cross-functional alignment.
Develop communications plans to report program health and achievements.
