Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Support Payables and Admin Specialist to join our Trust Real Estate team. This role handles processing of real estate related expenses for Trust Real Estate properties managed by FHB Real Estate Officers (REOs) and provides general administrative support to REOs.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in finance or real estate, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or business, information management, or liberal arts, or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years’ experience in the business field, such as accounts payables, accounting, real estate or other related work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
• Basic accounting knowledge or experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing of real estate related expenses to maintain Trust Real Estate properties.
• Provide general administrative support to REOs.
