Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Trust Service Representative to join the Personal Trust Team. You will support Trust Administrators in daily administration of personal trust, investment managed and custody/agency accounts, meeting client and internal needs while assisting in account setup and compliance.

The role entails standard business hours, with an hourly compensation range from $18.25 to $24.00, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience in customer service and/or clerical work.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Access and Visio helpful.
Experience in financial services – wealth management, trust administration, tax, and banking or brokerage house helpful.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Trust Administrators in daily administration of personal trust, investment managed and custody/agency accounts.
Assist in setup of accounts, assets, distributions, disbursements, and working files.
Monitor and escalate issues and meet compliance requirements.
