Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Trust Real Estate Administrator to support the Regional Trust Real Estate Manager in servicing a diverse client base and ensuring compliance with fiduciary policies. You will assist with real estate reviews, title matters, and client calls while coordinating with the Administrative Service Group and multiple managers.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, accurate accounting interfaces, and proactive client service to maintain strong, compliant client relationships

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in Trust Real Estate administration is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong technical skills for system administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Regulation 9 real estate reviews.
• Assist with title insurance and appraisals.
• Participate in client sales and service calls.
• Provide back-up support with client communication and problem solving.
• Maintain relationships across Trust and Bank teams.
