Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks an Asset Manager to pro-actively oversee a diverse trust real estate portfolio, including residences, estates and guardianships, ensuring risk control and client service excellence.

Based in San Francisco, you will coordinate property management, negotiate leases and purchases, and lead communications with officers, attorneys, and service providers while managing renovations and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Real estate salesperson license or completing course work for license.
• Minimum of five years work-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-starter with excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 50-100 mostly residential properties.
• Coordinate all aspects of property management within highly dynamic administration, service and new business environments
• Assume leadership role in the oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
• Provide articulate, reasoned and concise communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, third-party managers and other service providers.
• Provide oversight services for renovations, modifications and repair projects for assigned properties, from design through completion.
• Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court, if necessary.
