Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association is seeking an Asset Manager to pro-actively manage trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank. The role covers trusts, estates and guardianships, focusing on risk-aware, compliant operations and superior client outcomes.

You will oversee 50–100 residential properties, coordinate property management, lead negotiations on purchases, sales and leases, and communicate with attorneys, clients and service providers while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Real estate salesperson license or coursework toward license.
• Minimum five years of work-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Self-starter with excellent organization for multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed 50-100 residential properties.
• Coordinate all aspects of property management within dynamic environments.
• Lead oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
• Communicate with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers and vendors.
• Oversee renovations and repairs from design to completion.
• Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court if necessary.
