Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a skilled Asset Manager to oversee a diverse trust real estate portfolio and related assets for the Private Bank. You will coordinate property management, lead negotiations for purchases, sales and leases, and liaise with trustees, clients, attorneys and third-party managers to ensure compliance and superior service.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Real estate license or coursework in progress.
Minimum five years of work-related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication and client relations.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed portfolio of 50-100 residential properties.
Coordinate all aspects of property management within dynamic administration, service and new business environments.
Lead oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
Communicate with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors and other service providers.
Oversee renovations, modifications and repair projects from design through completion.
Participate in testimonial appearances before probate court if necessary.
