A leading financial services firm is seeking a Trust Performance Analyst responsible for providing performance measurement and analytics support to the Baird Trust team. This role involves generating performance reports, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and experience in the investment industry.
As a Trust Performance Analyst, you will:
Provide performance measurement and investment analytics support to Baird Trust
Works in a dynamic team environment while learning about investment management, investment strategy and general investment analytical support within the Baird Trust investment services team.
Works with the performance team to prepare Client Investment Reviews (performance reports), identify outliers on performance results, generate various performance related reports and gather documentation to support the investment management division of Baird Trust.
Works closely with performance vendor (First Rate) submitting tickets for new client aggregates, addressing performance related reporting issues and general questions related to performance results.
Works with Baird Trust Advisory Support team to support performance operations.
Supports additional investment related functions as necessary (asset setup, data code reviews, etc.).
Provide performance data and portfolio analytics to marketing team and investment team.
Assist in the production of marketing brochures.

What we look for:
Basic understanding of performance measurement principals.
Understanding of general financial markets and products.
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Knowledge of SQL/Power BI or willingness to learn is a plus.
Basic accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills sufficient to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Educational & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the investment or financial services industry preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team while completing work independently as needed.
Ability to handle multiple assignments; work under pressure and within deadlines to produce accurate, high-quality results.
