Our client, a boutique but rapidly growing vendor, is seeking a skilled Litigation Support Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will provide clients with litigation technology support and have recent experience using Relativity or RelativityOne. The ideal candidate will be experienced in running processing, running searches, creating productions, and loading productions. This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the U.S. working an 8am to 4pm Eastern Time zone shift.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provides litigation technology support to clients, including but not limited to Relativity database management, data manipulation and conversion, electronic discovery and processing, imaging, and electronic document productions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Works with the litigation support division to assess and support technology needs throughout all stages of the litigation process
- Uses Agility Blue to create new projects, track active projects, update project status, maintain accurate records of data received / stored, and bill projects
- Uses ShareFile to request or distribute client data securely
- Communicates, corresponds, and interacts with clients and outside entities, such as government agencies, corporations, and other law firms
Mandatory Relativity Skills :
- Creating / Modifying Searches
- Creating Production Sets (especially those that have multiple sources including placeholders)
- Loading Opposing / 3rd-Party Structured Data Volumes
- Optional Relativity Skills (but highly preferred) :
- Creating Workspaces
- Creating Users
- Creating / Modifying Group Security & Permissions
- Processing Data Using R1 Processing
- Creating / Modifying Batch Sets
- Creating / Modifying Fields, Choices, Layouts, & Views
- Creating / Running Relativity Integration Points (RIP) Jobs (i.e., promote data from a processing workspace to a review workspace)
- Creating / Updating Structured Analytic Sets (i.e., Email Threading, Near Dupes, Language ID, etc.)
- Creating / Updating Classification Analytic Indexes & Operations (i.e., Active Learning)
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Some experience in litigation support preferred
- Extensive experience with Relativity required; Relativity Certified Administrator certification a plus, but not required
- A general understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, and network organization required
- A working knowledge of the litigation process and a strong understanding of the use of technology to support litigation efforts with an emphasis on discovery, electronic document productions, electronic document management, and coding and scanning procedures
- Strong customer service, organization, project management, documentation, and written and verbal communication skills required

Expected salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
