Responsibilities

  • Daily settlement with banking institutions for security-related transactions, including trades, income collections, and corporate actions.
  • Process internal and external account transfers.
  • Assist with the setup of new assets entering the department.
  • Provide backup support to senior trust operations personnel.
  • Prepare daily cash reconciliations and bi-monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Review banking activity, monitor outstanding checks, and follow up on stale-dated items.
  • Process account openings and account closings.
  • Calculate income accruals, money market interest, and trustee fees.
  • Provide support to trust operations leadership as needed.

Salary: USD60000 - USD75000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Trust Operations Support Accountant to support trust operations, cash management, account administration, reconciliations, and securities-related transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities
