Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist with new client onboarding by facilitating execution of new account paperwork, overseeing file and asset transfers, coordinating with outside investment firms, and performing reconciliations.
• Utilize the trust accounting and administration systems to process transactions, record communications, create reports for internal and external use, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Monitor daily trust system reports to ensure accuracy of transactions, account liquidity, and related metrics.
• Support trust compliance by strictly adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining organized and well-documented files using standard naming conventions and assisting in the annual review process.
• Handle centralized operations activities, such as posting of daily receipts, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational workflows.
• Open and close accounts, book unique assets, and process unique asset updates on the trust accounting system.
