Responsibilities

Daily settlement with banking institutions for security-related transactions, including trades, income collections, and corporate actions.
Process internal and external account transfers.
Assist with the setup of new assets entering the department.
Provide backup support to senior trust operations personnel.
Prepare daily cash reconciliations and bi-monthly bank reconciliations.
Review banking activity, monitor outstanding checks, and follow up on stale-dated items.
Process account openings and account closings.
Calculate income accruals, money market interest, and trustee fees.
Provide support to trust operations leadership as needed.
