Job summary

Wealthfront Corporation is seeking a Trust Officer to provide daily oversight of Trust operations within the Brokerage Operations team in Nevada. You will oversee administration, regulatory compliance, and account supervision while collaborating with engineers and other departments to automate back-office processes.

The role requires at least 3 years of trust administration, Nevada-based or willing to relocate, strong regulatory knowledge, AML/risk awareness, and a commitment to compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Trust administration experience.
• Based in Nevada or willing to relocate.
• Securities regulatory knowledge and understanding of transfers, corporate actions/dividends, and trading.
• Understanding of AML and risk mitigation rules.
• Familiar with Nevada Trust Company Regulations, especially NRS Chapter 669.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer-centric and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Appreciation for applying technology to business processes.
• Desire to improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
• Ability to learn proprietary web-based account services applications.
• Appreciation for compliance and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Trust operations including administration, compliance, and account supervision.
• Oversee reporting to Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
• Conduct quality control reviews and document delivery reconciliation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and other teams.
• Perform in-office tasks as needed.
