Responsibilities

• Support the President in fiduciary decisions and client relationships.
• Administer trust accounts per instruments, governing documents, and policies.
• Assemble and review pre-acceptance materials and records.
• Review and execute cash transfers, investments, and distributions.
• Prepare annual account administrative reviews.
• Prepare and review meeting materials for Committees.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks with good judgment.
• Coordinate with external advisors and ensure compliance.
• Suggest procedural improvements and adapt to evolving needs.
