Job summary

Wealthfront Corporation is seeking a Trust Officer to oversee Wealthfront Trust operations within Brokerage Operations. The role involves collaboration with Client Services and other divisions, with emphasis on automation-driven improvements and cross-functional work across departments.

Key duties include managing trust administration, regulatory compliance, and reporting to the Nevada Financial Institutions Division, while driving process improvements and ensuring risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Trust administration experience.
• Nevada-based or willing to relocate.
• Knowledge of securities regulatory requirements and account transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Trust operations including administration, regulatory compliance, and account supervision.
• Oversee all reporting to the Nevada Financial Institutions Division.
• Conduct quality control reviews and regulatory document reconciliation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, especially engineers.
• Perform in-office tasks as required by the business.
