Job summary

TrustBank is seeking a Senior Trust Operations Specialist to join the Wealth Management Arizona team in the Greater Phoenix area. The role independently administers complex trust operations, provides guidance, and coordinates workflows to support departmental objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in trust operations or related financial services, with a Bachelor's degree and professional designations preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Trust Administration, or related field preferred.
CTOP/CSOP or similar designation preferred.
Continuing education in trust administration, fiduciary services, banking operations or regulatory matters preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently evaluates trust operational activities and determines appropriate actions to ensure accurate processing.
Administers complex trust account transactions including wires, ACH, deposits, disbursements, and asset transfers.
Reviews operational exceptions, identifies risks, and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Evaluates account documentation and implements procedures for openings, maintenance, and closures.
Manages daily workflow to meet service standards and deadlines.
Develops and maintains operating procedures and best practices for trust administration.
