Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and typing skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient math skills; able to calculate interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and perform balance checks.

Responsibilities

• Process securities processing, posting, proofing, and reconciliation of trust receipts and payments.
• Process client distributions via checks, ACH, wires, internal transfers.
• Open/close accounts as directed and coordinate transfers from outside custodians.
• Coordinate class action distributions and data file transfers to vendors.
• Settle trades, post income, and prepare TIC/TC reports and monthly board reports.
• Assist Trust Administrators with court reports and tax records.
