Job summary

INB, N.A. seeks a Trust Operations Analyst to support efficient administration of trust operations. This role reports to the Trust Operations Manager and handles administrative tasks in line with Trust Policy and OCC regulations.

The position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with bank software are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Two years of administrative/operations background in trust preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related bank programs.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute daily/monthly reports from various systems.
• Perform various daily/monthly reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly reporting for the Trust Investment Committee (agenda, minutes, reports).
• Prepare inputs for the trust accounting system (new accounts, batch postings, wire transfers, statements).
• Process ACH and Fidelity fund dividends by reconciling reports for posting.
• Enter buys/sells into the Trust Accounting system and other platforms as directed.
• Order supplies, manage mail, scan invoices to electronic files.
• Support trust officers/administrators and provide back-up across operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
