Job summary

FineMark Bank and Trust, a division of Commerce Bank, seeks a Trust Administrative Assistant to support the trust administrator with account set-up, transfers, and asset reconciliations. You will process daily transactions and provide reliable operational support to enhance client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in transactional banking or trust admin, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in transactional banking or administrative support for trust administration
• Trust/asset management experience preferred
• Trust Desk platform experience preferred
• U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trust administration and investment support in a team-oriented environment
• Process daily transactions using trust account/custodian systems
• Pay bills for clients and monitor accounts to avoid overdrafts
• Support discretionary distributions and client gifts processing
• Assist in set up of new accounts and data input with tax costs
• Assist in closing accounts to ensure timely distributions
• Act as alternate client contact; document communications and coordinate with professionals
• Perform other duties as assigned
