Job summary

FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank, seeks an Administrative Trust Associate to provide daily support to the trust administrator, handle account setup/transfer, and assist with asset reconciliations.

You will process daily transactions, maintain records, and support tax and portfolio accounting functions while delivering excellent client service in a collaborative, growth-minded team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience providing transactional banking services or administrative/operational support to trust administration.
• Trust or asset management/private banking experience preferred.
• Experience with Trust Desk platform preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trust administration and investment support in a growth-oriented, team-focused environment.
• Process daily trust transactions using trust/custodian systems and handle tax cost adjustments and reversals.
• Set up new accounts and monitor data accuracy through the onboarding process.
• Support discretionary distribution and client gifts processing.
• Assist in timely account set-up, closing, and documentation management.
