Job summary

FineMark Bank & Trust, a division of Commerce Bank, seeks a Trust Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the trust administrator. You will process daily trust transactions, assist with new account setup, asset reconciliations, and tax cost adjustments, while maintaining accurate records and client communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in transactional banking or trust administration, with an associate degree and preferred bachelor’s.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience providing transactional banking services or administrative support to trust administration.
• Trust/asset management/private banking institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trust administration and investment support in a growth-oriented, team-focused environment.
• Process daily trust transactions using trust/custodian systems (ACM sweeps, post cash receipts and disbursements).
• Handle account set-ups and transfers, assist in account closing and tax cost adjustments.
• Maintain documentation and client communications; support within regulatory and internal control standards.
