FineMark Bank & Trust seeks an organized professional to support a trust administrator with account setup, transfers, and reconcilia tion tasks. You will handle daily transactions, record keeping, and tax/portfolio accounting functions to enhance client service.

Qualifications include an associate degree and 2+ years in transactional banking or trust administration, with MS Office skills and familiarity with trust platforms. Scottsdale location; full-time role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in transactional banking or trust/admin support.
• Experience with trust desks or asset management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and trust/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trust administration and investment support.
• Process daily transactions and tax cost adjustments.
• Set up new accounts and monitor the process flow.
• Manage record keeping, document imaging, and file integrity.
• Assist in closing processes and distribution workflows.
• Coordinate client communications and professional contacts.
