Security National Bank in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Trust Operations Manager to oversee trust services and wealth management operations, ensuring accurate posting, reporting and maintenance of client accounts. The role requires strong leadership and compliance with regulatory standards.

The candidate will manage trust accounting systems, account management, and policy development, while coordinating regulatory filings and specialty accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in trust operations/wealth management.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of trust accounting operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Trust Accounting System, ensure integrity, security and reporting of client information.
• Direct account management including opening, maintenance, settlement of trades and onboarding of new accounts.
• Develop and implement division policies, procedures and operational requirements.
• Manage asset management activities including vault controls and reconciliations.
• Lead and develop the Trust Operations team, including hiring and performance management.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and specialized account processing.
