Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, investments, or sales required.
• Advanced designation such as CTFA or CFP preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Trust Officer or in estate planning.

Responsibilities

• Administers a large volume of sophisticated accounts including trusts, estates and IRAs per documents and regulations.
• Develops new business and retains client wealth through a team-based approach.
• Maintains client relationships with ongoing communication and issue resolution.
• Supervises daily team functions: hiring, coaching, scheduling and performance input.
• Performs independent portfolio reviews and implements Trust Investment Committee guidance.
• Ensures accurate delivery of trust and investment services and regulatory compliance.
