Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Manager for National Trust Administration to lead trust office operations across the national charter, oversee regional managers, and implement trust investment policies. You will ensure compliance with laws and court orders, coordinate with clients, attorneys, and beneficiaries, and drive growth in trust services.

The role requires 10+ years in trust administration, a related degree (CTFA/JD), and the ability to travel about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in trust administration.
• CTFA, JD, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage Regional Managers and staff.
• Assign goals and responsibilities to Regional Managers to meet divisional strategy.
• Identify workloads for trust account administrators.
• Conduct performance appraisals, hires and terminations.
• Assist with largest and most complex trust accounts.
• Ensure tax liabilities are met within the footprint.
• Develop and retain personal trust business.
• Ensure trust policies and procedures are followed.
